Position: Senior Application Support Working date: Mon - Sat (work every other Saturday - ทำงานวันเสาร์ เว้น เสาร์) Location Working: Thai Usui Co,. Ltd. (Ayutthaya) The company is seeking a qualified and experienced candidate for the position of Senior Application Support within the Information Technology Department. This position is responsible for managing, supporting, troubleshooting, and enhancing the organization’s ERP system to ensure alignment with business requirements and operational processes. The role also involves close coordination with key users, internal departments, and external system vendors to ensure that the ERP system effectively supports business operations and continuous improvement initiatives. Main Responsibilities Provide functional and technical support for the ERP system to users across departments, including Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, Sales, Accounting, Finance, and Human Resources. Receive, assess, resolve, and follow up on ERP-related incidents and service requests in accordance with agreed SLA requirements. Conduct root cause analysis, define corrective actions, and establish preventive measures to minimize recurring ERP issues. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for system enhancements, reports, and change requests. Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including post-Go-live monitoring and issue follow-up. Maintain and verify master data accuracy and support data correction activities in compliance with the approval process. Prepare, validate, and support ERP reports for operational use and management decision-making. Provide user training, guidance, and ERP user manuals for end users and key users. Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to monitor issue resolution and ERP system improvement activities. Maintain system documentation, work instructions, and ERP status reports to ensure accuracy, traceability, and up-to-date records. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Engineering, Accounting, or a related field. Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in ERP Application Support, Business Application Support, System Analysis, Functional Support, or IT Support for business applications. Strong understanding of ERP systems and core business processes, including production, warehouse, purchasing, sales, accounting, finance, and cost-related data. SAP ERP experience will be given special consideration Experience in incident management, service request handling, SLA management, change requests, requirements gathering, UAT, Go-live, and post-Go-live support. Basic knowledge of SQL, databases, reporting tools, data validation, and system data verification. Understanding of ERP user access control, internal controls, audit trails, and confidentiality of business information. Experience coordinating with key users and vendors, or preparing ERP reports and user manuals, would be an advantage. Remarks Willingness to work outside normal business hours or respond to urgent situations when required, particularly during accounting period closing, system implementation, or incidents affecting business operations. Ability to read system documentation and technical materials in English.
