About the role This is a work-from-home position involving approximately 40 hours per week, consisting of 35 hours Monday to Friday plus approximately 5 hours over the weekend. You will play an important role in making sure our customers receive excellent service from the time they place an order through to delivery and installation. Key responsibilities Processing online customer orders accurately and efficiently Answering incoming customer phone calls and enquiries Responding to customer questions regarding orders, products, delivery and fitting Liaising with tyre, wheel and battery suppliers Checking product availability and coordinating orders with suppliers Tracking customer orders and following up deliveries Proactively contacting customers if there are any delays or issues Liaising with tyre installers throughout our nationwide installer network Coordinating deliveries and fitting arrangements with installers Resolving customer service issues in a professional and helpful manner About you Excellent organisational skills Strong attention to detail A friendly, confident and professional phone manner Good written communication skills Strong customer service skills The ability to multitask and prioritise your workload The ability to work independently from home Good computer skills and confidence learning different systems A proactive attitude – if something needs following up, you follow it through Experience within the tyre, wheel or automotive industry is highly desirable About us Trade Tyres is a growing New Zealand online retailer specialising in tyres, wheels and automotive batteries.
