Job Overview We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer with specialized expertise in packaging design and labelling for our syrup manufacturing plant. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end design process for product labels, ensuring strict compliance with regulatory food standards, while also producing engaging video content for our digital marketing channels. Responsibilities · Design, update, and manage compliance-ready product labels and packaging materials for our syrup product lines (retail, commercial, and OEM/private label). · Prepare print-ready artwork (datelines, colour separation, spot colours, bleed, and resolution settings) and coordinate directly with printing vendors to ensure colour accuracy and production quality. · Stay updated on local and international food and beverage labelling regulations (e.g., FDA, nutrition facts panels, ingredient listings, barcode placements). · Edit dynamic, high-quality video content (short-form reels, product showcases, recipe tutorials, and behind-the-scenes factory highlights) for social media and marketing campaigns. · Handle basic motion graphics, colour grading, audio levelling, and visual effects for brand videos. · Maintain brand consistency across all print, packaging, digital, and promotional materials. · Develop marketing collateral including digital banners, trade show graphics, product catalogues, and sales decks. · Mentor junior designers and collaborate closely with Marketing, R&D, and Quality Assurance (QA) teams. Qualifications: · Experience: 2-5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within FMCG, food & beverage, or manufacturing industries. · Packaging Expertise: Strong background in label design, prepress preparation, material selection, and working with datelines. · Master-level skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). · Advanced skills in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Cap Cut Pro). · Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of print production processes (flexography, offset, digital printing) and F&B labelling standards.
