Data Analytics & Business Performance - Manager

Key responsibilities Data Analytics & Reporting Develop and deliver accurate and timely daily, monthly, and ad-hoc analytical reports. Monitor business performance and key operational indicators through regular reporting and analysis. Validate data accuracy and consistency and ensure high-quality reporting. Analyze complex data, identify key findings, and provide clear recommendations to management. Business Performance Analysis Analyze business performance, KPIs, trends, and key business drivers. Evaluate the financial impact, cost-benefit, and ROI of business initiatives, including sales campaigns, incentive schemes, and delinquency management programs. Conduct forecasting and what-if scenario analysis to support business planning and decision-making. Collaborate with Budgeting, Controlling, and business stakeholders to provide data-driven insights. Dashboard & Data Visualization Design and develop dashboards and data visualizations to support management and business users. Enhance reporting and analytical frameworks to improve business performance monitoring. Promote data-driven decision-making through effective visualization and presentation of insights. Provide guidance and coaching to junior Data Analysts on analytical and visualization best practices. What we're looking for Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology , or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Performance, Business Intelligence, FP&A, or a related field. Strong experience in data analysis, KPI analysis, business performance reporting, and dashboard development . Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power BI ; experience with SQL, Tableau, Python, or other data analytics tools is an advantage. Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, ROI, or cost-benefit analysis . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to management and business stakeholders. Experience in coaching or mentoring junior team members is an advantage. Good command of English, both written and spoken. Special and Specific Knowledge and Skills Proficient knowledge in data visualization using tools like Tableau. Experience in QlikView (BI tool) is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office program. Well communicate with technical and business audiences Passionate about solving problems – possesses a relentless need for investigation and data exploration. Results and detail-oriented, with strong intuitions on how to solve problems creatively and quickly Analytical skill.
