Location: Pavilion Damansara Heights, Kuala Lumpur Salary Range: RM8,000–RM10,000/month Why Join Us? 13th-month AWS bonus 14 days annual leave, increasing with tenure Outpatient & hospitalisation medical coverage Scale financial operations across high-growth GPU cloud infrastructure Role Overview: Reporting to the Finance Controller, you will oversee daily accounting operations, full-set month-end closing, financial variance analysis, and internal controls to drive financial accuracy and audit readiness. What You'll Be Doing Daily Operations: Manage AP, AR, and GL bookkeeping ensuring full compliance with local accounting standards (MFRS) and company SOPs. Closing & Audit: Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing schedules; execute accruals, depreciation, intercompany reconciliations, P&L, balance sheets, and audit files. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly management reports, gross margin reviews, variance analyses, and assist in budget/forecast preparation. Internal Controls: Implement robust accounting SOPs, optimize approval workflows, and conduct self-audits to minimize operational risks. Stakeholder Management: Liaise with banks, internal business teams, and external auditors; report key financial status to the Finance Controller. What We're Looking For 10 years of accounting/finance experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance. Strong proficiency in full-set accounting, MFRS standards, and intercompany reconciliations. Mandarin proficiency (working with Mandarin-speaking regional teams).
