Job Responsibilities: Coordinate and monitor project activities, schedules, and progress Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal departments Prepare project documentation, reports, and quotations Handle project costing, budgeting, and forecast planning Monitor project expenses and ensure cost control Arrange meetings, site visits, and follow-up actions Ensure project completion within the timeline and budget Requirements: Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or related field Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in project coordination Knowledge in costing, budgeting, and forecasting Good communication and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Able to work independently and under pressure Added Advantage: Experience in handling suppliers and contractors Familiar with project documentation and reporting Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Benefits: EPF, SOCSO & EIS provided Annual Leave & Medical Leave Medical Claim / Panel Clinic Performance Bonus Training & Career Development Friendly Working Environment Company Trip / Annual Dinner Mileage / Travel Allowance
