KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Responsibilities are listed in order of priority. 1. Global HR Coordination Act as a key coordinator with Global HR and HR SSC. Communicate and coordinate with Global HR and HR SSC in English on HR-related matters. Support the implementation of global HR initiatives and policies in the local context. Participate in regional or global HR projects as assigned. Ensure the implementation of HR policies and practices complies with Thai labor laws and relevant local regulations. 2. Talent Acquisition Act as HR Person-in-Charge for operations in Bangkok (GPB), Chonburi (GPR), and Hat Yai (GPM) operations. Manage and support end-to-end recruitment process for FTE and Daily Workers, including manpower requisition, sourcing, interview coordination, and hiring process. Coordinate workforce planning and manpower alignment with business needs. Partner with line managers on hiring and people-related matters. 3. Training & Development Coordinate annual training plan and training schedules in alignment with business requirements. Support training facilitation and internal learning activities. Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies and DSD requirements. 4. Employee Engagement Plan and lead employee engagement activities and company events to enhance employee experience. Support the implementation of Employee Satisfaction Survey (ESS), including communication, data collection, and reporting. Analyze survey results and provide actionable insights to improve employee engagement and retention. 5. HR Operations & Administration Oversee HR administrative processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Prepare and validate HR data (attendance, OT, leave) for payroll processing. Support office administration and ensure readiness for ISO audits and documentation. Coordinate with external vendors (e.g., insurance, transportation, accommodation). Manage and coordinate general administrative services, including housekeeping, gardening, drivers, office facilities, and other support services. 6. Performance Management Coordinate and monitor performance management processes (goal setting, mid-year and annual review) to ensure timely completion. Support managers and employees in aligning individual goals with company objectives. 7. Other Responsibilities Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 5-6 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or operations environment. Strong English communication skills with the ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with Global HR and HR SSC. Experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, including FTE and Daily Worker recruitment. Experience in training coordination and employee engagement activities. Good understancing of HR policies, Thai labor laws, and HR compliance. Experience in coordinating HR processes and working with line managers and cross-functional teams. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills. Analytical to problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. TOEIC 650+ preferred or equivalent English proficiency. Proactive, well-organized, and to work independently with a high level of ownership. Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team.
