Key Responsibilities 1. Warehouse & Logistics Operations (60%) - Lead and manage the Warehouse & Logistics team to ensure all operations comply with SOPs and ISO 9001 standards. - Plan and allocate manpower effectively to meet daily operational requirements and customer demands. - Oversee the receiving process to ensure completion within the agreed lead-time. - Monitor daily outbound activities to ensure all Sales Orders are properly prepared (pick, pack, check, sort by route) and loaded according to plan to achieve On-Time Delivery. - Control inventory accuracy through daily cycle counts and maintain agreed stock accuracy levels. - Ensure proper storage alignment with the warehouse layout and adhere to Dangerous Goods (DG) regulations under the Department of Industrial Works (DIW). - Ensure warehouse safety and maintain the proper condition of tools, equipment, fire-fighting systems, temperature-controlled areas, and pest control. 2. Logistics Analytics & Process Improvement (30%) - Gather daily operational data (e.g., goods receiving, picking, delivery) to analyze and develop comprehensive monthly performance reports. - Create and maintain a Logistics Dashboard based on daily activities for continuous monitoring and controlling of departmental KPIs. - Suggest and implement corrective action plans to resolve operational issues in each activity. - Utilize basic AI tools to assist in generating and extracting secondary databases (e.g., from Google Sheets, Chat, Line) to streamline workflow and data collection. (Note : This utilizes approximately 10% of the analytical scope). 3. Procurement Evaluation & Sourcing (10%) - Conduct pricing evaluations and vendor comparisons for warehouse-related projects and services to ensure cost-effectiveness and optimal value. - Prepare the Vendor Approved List and conduct annual vendor evaluations for departmental procurement. - Oversee warehouse consumables procurement, equipment maintenance, and calibration. Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Logistics Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a relevant field. -Minimum 5-7 years of work experience in Warehouse and Logistics (Distribution Centre preferred), with at least 2-3 years at the Supervisor level demonstrating strong people and change management skills. -Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Data Analytics & Visualization programs is mandatory. Must be capable of utilizing basic AI tools for database generation. Experience in implementing WMS or ERP systems with proven success is highly preferable. -Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Data Analytics & Visualization programs is mandatory. Must possess a data-driven decision-making mentality, be a fast learner, and have a strong "can-do" attitude.
