About the role 1AN (THAILAND) CO., LTD. is seeking a Network Infrastructure Engineer to join our growing technical team in Mueang Chonburi, Chon Buri. This is a full-time position based on-site in our Chonburi office, where you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining the network infrastructure that supports our business operations and services. As a Network Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of our network systems, directly contributing to the company's operational excellence and digital transformation initiatives. Key responsibilities Design, deploy and manage network infrastructure including switches, routers, firewalls and network security appliances Monitor network performance and availability to ensure optimal system functionality and minimal downtime Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues, performance problems and infrastructure failures Configure and maintain network protocols, routing and switching technologies to support business requirements Implement network security measures and access controls to protect organisational data and systems Plan and execute network upgrades and infrastructure improvements to support business growth Provide technical support to end-users and other IT teams regarding network-related issues Document network configurations, procedures and changes to maintain accurate infrastructure records Collaborate with other IT professionals and stakeholders to align network infrastructure with business objectives What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline 3+ years of professional experience in network engineering or infrastructure management roles Strong knowledge of network fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs and routing protocols Hands-on experience with enterprise-grade network equipment from manufacturers such as Cisco, Juniper or equivalent Proficiency in network monitoring and management tools such as Nagios, Zabbix or PRTG Experience with network security technologies including firewalls, VPNs and intrusion detection systems Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to diagnose complex network issues Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a technical team environment Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+ or equivalent are highly desirable Experience with cloud networking and software-defined networking (SDN) is preferred Knowledge of network automation and scripting (Python, Ansible) would be advantageous What we offer 1AN (THAILAND) CO., LTD. is committed to fostering a professional and supportive work environment where our employees can grow and thrive.
