Warehouse Officer (1-Year Contract)

About the role We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Warehouse Officer to join our team at Revima Asia Pacific Ltd. in Chon Buri. As a Warehouse Officer, you will play a crucial role in the efficient management and operation of our logistics and distribution center. This full-time position will involve overseeing the day-to-day warehouse activities to ensure timely and accurate handling of incoming and outgoing goods. What you'll be doing Perform updating of stock balance, ensuring the correctness of physical inventory against systems and ensure that properly stored and stacked for easy and safe retrieval while minimizing damage and loss. Responsible for receiving, Inspection, preservation, follow-up hold shipments and issue all parts and material under FIFO basis. Check the correctness of receiving/delivery documents, quantity, the appearance of packaging quality. Coordinate with Procurement about the receiving document. Manage the inventory document such as inventory receipt to digitalized scan and backup. Monitor inventory via cycle counting and reporting to superior if there is a discrepancy appeared. Ensure the accuracy of inbound and outbound shipments and make sure they are free of damage. To attend any meeting or training program concerning Warehouse. Communicate with operations to coordinate work corporation. Cooperate and keep a good relationship with concerned parties. Safely operate forklift to transport material. Outsource shipment packing process. Other duties assigned including building Kits for parts.
