Key Responsibilities Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share in high-end Western restaurants, private clubs, hotels, and fine-dining establishments. Solution Selling: Drive product adoption through consultative selling techniques, including menu engineering support, product demonstrations, sampling, and trial initiatives. Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitive landscapes, pricing strategies, and customer insights to identify new business opportunities and mitigate risks. Performance Management: Prepare accurate sales forecasts, account pipelines, and conduct regular business reviews to report on KPIs and growth trajectories. Stakeholder Engagement: Manage complex sales cycles involving multiple touchpoints (Chefs, Procurement, Finance, and Operations) and support trade shows, culinary events, and promotional campaigns. Qualifications Experience: 8–10 years of proven B2B sales or Key Account Management experience within the foodservice and FMCG sectors, specifically focusing on HORECA or Western dining. Network: Established connections with Executive Chefs, F&B Managers, Procurement Heads, and decision-makers in hotel groups, upscale restaurants, and private clubs is highly advantageous. Skills: Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; ability to communicate effectively with international chefs, expat managers, and corporate clients. Note: High-potential candidates with slightly less experience may be considered for the Assistant Manager position.
