Oversee BOM-based costing and monitor production process costs. Inventory Management: Lead hands-on management of raw materials, Work-in-Process (WIP), and finished goods inventory. Tax Compliance: Ensure accurate tax filing (VAT, Corporate Income Tax, etc.) and maintain compliance with local regulations. Liaise professionally with tax authorities. BOI Compliance: Manage and oversee BOI-related activities, ensuring full compliance with investment promotion privileges. Operational Support: Work cross-functionally with production, procurement, and warehouse teams to provide analytical insights and drive effective cost control measures. System Management: Utilize ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) to maintain accurate financial records and generate management reports. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Hold a valid CPD license. 3–5+ years of relevant experience in cost accounting within a manufacturing/factory environment . Experience in the industrial equipment or machinery sector is highly preferred. Strong experience in Taxes and BOI . Proficiency in ERP systems is mandatory.
