The Accounts Payables has a controlling and supporting role, focused on ensuring that the established processes are followed. This position is responsible for timely resolving of queries, dealing with routine and non-routine issues and tasks, and suggesting areas for improvements. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors abroad (Mostly Europe country). Manage the accounts payable process, including the accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, purchase orders, and creditor payments. Post business transactions, process invoices, verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records. Provide other team member support necessary to pay the obligations of the organization, Handle full set of accounts and all aspect of monthly financial/management reporting. Maintaining subsidiary accounts by posting, verifying and allocating transactions Daily communication with head office in Tel Aviv as well as suppliers, customers, banks. Analysis account reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery (i.e. Related party balance, Tax outstanding, Accrued expense, etc.), Coordinates with the Operations Team and the Share Service Team to ensure that all AP tasks are completed correctly and timely initiatives to develop, implement, and maintain systems, procedures, and policies, including accounts payable and payment functions, to ensure adherence to company guidelines Register invoices in SAP system and other entries Support action plan and assistance to manage ad-hoc on account payable and payment activities. Checking sales reports Cash flow forecast and Budgeting Any other requirements from the supervisors Requirements Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field (economics, finance, accounting) Professional Growth in a Global Company Previous experience of 3 - 5 years in accounting Advanced English is a must Experience in SAP accounting system is a must Experience in accounting of airline documents is an advantage Good knowledge of MS Office especially Excel Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Comfortable dealing with huge volumes of complex data Very good communication skills Proactivity, responsibility and punctuality Team player
