Finance & Costing Manager

Key Responsibilities Accounting & Finance Management Manage overall accounting functions including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Credit Control, and General Accounting Oversee cash flow, banking, and treasury activities Review and approve payment transactions and journal entries Lead month-end closing and balance sheet review process Coordinate SOX reporting activities Financial Reporting & Compliance Prepare and review financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and working capital reports Manage tax compliance, statutory audits, and financial statements Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies Costing & Business Analysis Review costing, pricing, profitability, and financial analysis Support business decision-making through financial insights and analysis Process Improvement & Team Management Improve accounting processes and strengthen internal controls Develop and coach finance team members Coordinate with regional stakeholders and support business projects Qualifications/Experiences Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field Minimum 8 years of Accounting & Finance experience in manufacturing industry Strong experience in Financial Reporting, Tax, Audit, Internal Control, and Costing At least 5 years of team management experience SAP experience is preferred Good command of English (spoken and written) Benefits & Welfare : Fixed Bonus (1.5 months) Performance Incentive Bonus Provident Fund Medical & Health Insurance Annual Health Check-up Transportation Allowance Other company benefits
