ECAM is looking for talented individuals like you! Be the next HR Partner - Systems & Records . The HR Partner provides administrative and operational support across the employee lifecycle, with primary responsibility for pre-employment requirements, onboarding, employee records, HRIS data maintenance, and employee documentation. The role ensures that employee information and records are accurate, complete, properly maintained, and processed within established timelines and standards. Duties & Responsibilities: Manage and monitor pre-employment requirements, including government documents, personal documents, and PEME. Create, organize, and maintain employee 201 files and electronic HR records. Process employee information and updates in HRIS, WorkSched, and other HR systems. Support new hire onboarding, including employee profile creation, system access, credentials, and payroll account requirements. Maintain accurate employee data, including reporting lines, department, salary movements, government information, and other employee records. Prepare standard employee documents such as Certificates of Employment, loan certifications, and other HR certifications. Respond to employee and HR requests related to records, documentation, and HR systems. Support HRIS data audits, reporting, system testing, and process documentation. Identify and escalate data discrepancies, system issues, and non-standard requests. Maintain confidentiality and proper handling of employee information and records. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Preferably 1–3 years of experience in HR, HR Operations, HR Administration, HRIS, or employee records management. Fresh graduates with relevant internship or administrative experience may be considered. Basic understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management. Working knowledge of HRIS or HR systems. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Good organizational and time management skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee information. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Ability to manage multiple requests and meet deadlines. Why join ECAM?
