PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE : The Interior Designer is responsible for supporting the design and development of ZUS Coffee outlets in Thailand, including space planning, 3D design, technical drawings, and design documentation. The role ensures that all outlet designs are aligned with ZUS Coffee brand standards, functional requirements, and local regulations, while coordinating with internal teams and contractors to support smooth design execution. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Design & Documentation Develop layout plans, space planning, 3D perspectives, and detailed technical drawings for new and existing outlets. Prepare complete drawing sets for design development, approval, and construction. Ensure all designs are aligned with ZUS Coffee brand standards, operational requirements, and relevant local regulations. Adapt standard store designs to suit different site conditions while maintaining brand consistency. 2. Design Standardization & Guidelines Support the development and maintenance of design guidelines, standard drawing templates, and detail libraries. Ensure consistency of design, materials, finishes, and detailing across all ZUS Coffee outlets in Thailand. Recommend practical design solutions that balance brand standards, functionality, budget, and site conditions. 3. Design Review & Coordination Review design proposals, layouts, and technical drawings to ensure compliance with brand and technical requirements. Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, Construction, and other relevant teams on design-related matters. Communicate with contractors and external parties to clarify design details and resolve design issues. Conduct site visits when required to verify design implementation and provide design-related support. 4. Quality Control & Documentation Ensure submitted drawings and design documents meet required visual, technical, and formatting standards. Organize and maintain drawing sets, design documents, and revisions. Ensure proper version control and accurate documentation throughout the design and construction process. 5. Design Process Improvement Identify opportunities to improve design processes, drawing standards, and workflows. Support the team in developing more efficient and practical design solutions for future outlet rollouts. Provide design input based on site conditions, construction feedback, and operational requirements. 6. Other Responsibilities Support new outlet openings, renovation, refurbishment, and other design-related projects as assigned. Work closely with the Design & Build team to ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines. Perform other duties related to interior design and store development as assigned. JOB Qualification Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Interior Design. Experience in Retail, F&B, Café, Commercial, or Hospitality projects is preferred. Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp . Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator . Experience in 3D rendering or visualization tools is an advantage. Strong knowledge of construction drawings, detailing, materials, and finishes. Ability to interpret architectural drawings and coordinate with contractors.
