Accounting Officer

Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Officer to join our Finance team. This position is ideal for fresh graduates or junior accounting professionals who are eager to develop their career in accounting. The successful candidate will support daily accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and assist with month-end closing, reconciliations, audits, and tax compliance under the guidance of senior team members. Key Responsibilities General Accounting Maintain and update the general ledger with accuracy and timeliness. Prepare and post journal entries for daily accounting transactions. Ensure financial transactions are properly recorded and classified. Account Reconciliation Assist in reconciling general ledger accounts and resolving discrepancies. Support month-end and year-end closing activities. Prepare supporting schedules and documentation for financial reporting. Audit Support Assist in preparing documents and schedules for internal and external audits. Provide supporting information and documentation as requested by auditors. Tax Compliance Assist in preparing VAT returns, corporate income tax, and other statutory filings. Ensure accounting records comply with company policies and applicable accounting and tax regulations. Other Responsibilities Maintain organized accounting records and supporting documents. Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned by the Accounting Supervisor or Finance Manager. Key Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Good command of both written and spoken English; Chinese language skills are an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel. Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail. Good analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work effectively in a team.
