IT Officer (Immediate Hiring)

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive IT Officer to support our company's IT infrastructure and ensure smooth daily operations. Job Responsibilities Provide technical support for hardware and software issues. Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, printers, and network devices. Troubleshoot and repair desktop PCs, laptops, and related IT equipment. Perform preventive maintenance and system upgrades. Set up computers and user accounts for new employees. Monitor and maintain IT equipment and ensure system security. Maintain IT inventory and documentation. Provide on-site support to users and resolve IT-related issues promptly. Job Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience . Familiar with computer hardware and software installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance . Able to diagnose and repair PCs, laptops, and peripheral devices . Basic knowledge of networking (LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and switches) is an advantage. Good problem-solving and communication skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Able to monitor, troubleshoot, and perform basic administration of Windows Server. Knowledge of Active Directory, file sharing, user account management, and backup procedures is an advantage. Experience in server hardware troubleshooting and maintenance is preferred.
