Job Summary The HR Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department and ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies, programs, and procedures. The role supports the company's strategic objectives by managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, training and development, and compliance with Philippine labor laws. The HR Supervisor provides guidance to employees and department heads while promoting a positive, productive, and compliant workplace at Juwei Plastic Molding Philippines Inc. Job Description Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the Human Resources team. Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, hiring, and onboarding processes to ensure timely staffing requirements. Administer employee compensation, benefits, leave management, and government-mandated contributions. Ensure compliance with the Philippine Labor Code, DOLE regulations, and other applicable labor laws. Handle employee relations concerns, disciplinary actions, grievance procedures, and conflict resolution. Monitor employee attendance, performance evaluations, and regularization processes. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs aligned with company objectives. Coordinate employee training, development, and engagement initiatives. Prepare HR reports, employee records, and documentation while maintaining confidentiality. Support management in workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development. Coordinate with department managers regarding manpower requirements and HR-related concerns. Ensure proper implementation of occupational safety, health, and company policies in coordination with relevant departments. Participate in HR audits and continuous process improvement initiatives. Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 3–5 years of progressive Human Resources experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Code, DOLE regulations, and other employment-related laws. Experience in recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and training. Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR Information Systems (HRIS). Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information professionally. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Knowledge of ISO standards and manufacturing HR practices is an advantage.
