Senior Production Supervisor

About the Role ARB (THAILAND) LIMITED is seeking two experienced Senior Production Supervisors to oversee the production operations at our facility in Pluak Daeng, Rayong. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of production staff to ensure efficient and high-quality manufacturing processes. The position is based onsite at our Pluak Daeng location. What You'll Be Doing Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the production team to meet established targets and deadlines Ensure production processes adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and quality standards Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity Monitor inventory levels and work with the logistics team to maintain adequate supplies Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to production staff Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and optimise operations Maintain detailed records and generate reports on production activities What We're Looking For Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial engineering or related field. A minimum of 8 years' experience in a production supervisor or similar role within a manufacturing environment Strong working knowledge of production processes, quality control, and inventory management Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment Proficiency in using production management software and data analysis tools Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and safety standards What We Offer At ARB (THAILAND) LIMITED, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
