About the role We are seeking a talented Presales Engineer specialising in Network/Internal Internet solutions to join 1AN (THAILAND) CO., LTD. This is a full-time position based in Mueang Chonburi, Chon Buri. As a Presales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by identifying client needs, designing tailored network solutions, and positioning our technology offerings to prospective customers. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between our sales team and technical capabilities, ensuring clients receive expert guidance and comprehensive solutions that meet their infrastructure requirements. Key responsibilities Conduct technical assessments and site surveys to understand client network infrastructure, requirements and business objectives Design and propose comprehensive network and internal internet solutions tailored to client specifications and budget constraints Prepare detailed technical documentation, specifications and cost estimates for potential clients Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations to clients, showcasing features, benefits and competitive advantages Collaborate with the sales team to develop winning proposals and respond to requests for quotation (RFQs) and requests for proposals (RFPs) Provide technical support during the sales cycle, addressing client concerns and clarifying technical aspects of proposed solutions Conduct product training sessions and technical workshops for clients and internal teams Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings and emerging technologies within network and internet infrastructure Support the post-sales team during implementation to ensure smooth transition and client satisfaction Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and technology partners What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Telecommunications or a related field 3+ years of experience in IT presales, network engineering or IT solutions design roles Strong technical knowledge of network architecture, including LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls and routing protocols Solid understanding of internet connectivity solutions, bandwidth management and network optimisation Proficiency with network design tools and software (e.g. Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper or similar platforms) Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Proven ability to develop and deliver compelling technical proposals and demonstrations Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify innovative solutions to client challenges Experience with IT infrastructure assessment and consultation Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in network design and implementation Fluency in English and Thai (both written and spoken) Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites for assessments and presentations Relevant certifications such as Cisco CCNA, CompTIA Network+ or equivalent are advantageous What we offer We are committed to providing a rewarding work environment that supports professional growth and personal development.
