Job Highlights Digital Performance Marketing Business Development Media Planning & Execution Data Analytics Attractive Basic + Bonus package as below: BASIC : HKD28,000 - 35,000 / month BONUS: Personal BONUS quarterly if meet personal Sales KPI: 30% HKD10,000 50% - HKD20,000 70% - HKD30,000 100% - HKD45,000 130% - HKD60,000 150% - HKD80,000 200% - HKD100,000 200%+ - HKD120,000 KPI to be assigned by Business Director Team Yearly bonus for BD & AM teams yearly team sales KPI achieved 100% = HKD300,000 150% = HKD500,000 200% = HKD1,000,000 target of whole year 2026 Job Descriptions Responsibility: Business Development Sales Pipeline Management Monthly Sales Target Plan and execute digital advertising campaign including media planning Handle the backend operation on platforms like Google Ads, Search Ads & Meta Ads Support implementation of integrated marketing initiatives for digital campaign, including online media buy, social media and influencer marketing Handle day-to-day operations and reporting; participate in monitoring and evaluation on the effectiveness of different media channels Assist senior to explore new/ troubleshooting with internal and external parties Assist senior to deploy the best-in-market targeting and media solutions Coordinate with clients, local & international partners, and internal parties to execute marketing programs to achieve campaign objectives Requirements: University Graduate preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Communications, Information Systems, E-commerce, or related disciplines 1 - 2 years proven experience defining and implementing strategies in growth marketing Familiar with Hong Kong various ad placement and analytical tools will be a bonus Good Excel, Word, and Power Point skills Good analytical, problem-solving & critical thinking skills Being detail-oriented and sensitive on market trend Proficiency in written & spoken English & Mandarin Interested parties please send your detailed resume with current and expected salary.
