Job Purpose The Manufacturing Quality Engineer is responsible for in‑process quality assurance, excursion control, and defect prevention within semiconductor backend operations, specifically singulation, marking, pick & place, and packing . The role focuses on process stability, abnormality response, maverick lot management, and disposition decisions , working closely with Manufacturing, Process, and Equipment teams on the production floor. Responsibilities: 1. In‑Process Quality Control 2. Process Monitoring & Variation Control 3. Defect Mechanism Ownership 4. Maverick Lot Handling & Management 5. MRB (Material Review Board) Responsibility – Manufacturing Scope 6. Structured Problem Solving & Corrective Actions 7. Process Robustness & Error‑Proofing 8. Change Evaluation & Risk Assessment (Manufacturing Only) 9. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully.
