Job Description: ● Responsible for technical communication with IT vendors. Propose, draft, and continuously optimize technical solutions to ensure smooth project implementation. ● Responsible for various solutions, including Cloud (primary focus) , Network, IoT, AI and other concerns. ● Design cloud migration & modernization solutions and present them to customers. ● Proof-of-Concept (PoC) engagements — scope, build, and validate PoCs to customer confidence. ● Gather technical requirements from customers and translate them into architecture and solution proposals. ● Prepare solution documentation — architecture diagrams, runbooks, deployment guides, and technical proposals. ● Scope and estimate effort/cost for cloud projects and support quotation / SOW preparation. ● Deliver technical presentations, demos, and workshops to customers and stakeholders. Requirements: ● Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts. ● Understanding in networking principles e.g., DNS, TCP/IP, VPC, Firewalls, and other relevant topics is a plus. ● Ability to use CLI e.g., Bash, PowerShell. ● Experience in database infrastructure (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB) is a plus. ● Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Azure Resource Manager is a plus. ● Understanding in virtualization and hands-on experience in virtualization or private cloud (VMWare, KVM, HyperV etc.) is a plus. ● Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP / Tencent Cloud/Alibaba Cloud). ● Experience with containers & container registries (Docker).
