Business & Systems Analysis Manager

Business Online Public Company Limited (BOL) is looking for a Business & Systems Analysis Manager to drive strategic technology initiatives and digital transformation projects. Job Descriptions Gathering requirement from user, responsible to analysis and design according to requirement, document, and able to transform business requirement to technical solution. Transform high-level business requirements to come up with cost estimation (TOR), project plan, and detailed functional specifications with proper sign-off process. Plan business analysis work and develop requirements estimates at the program level, continuously improving the accuracy of the estimates and applying best practices. Prepare the Gap Analysis document between the business requirement and IT system and confirm with business users, analysis requirement that can do or not. Prepare the Business Requirements and Functional Specification document and walk through with business including updating the Functional Specification documents in case of IT solution has changed. Provide support for post-implementation and resolve system issues. Create document or support project (Functional specification, High Level Design specification and User Manual). Collaborate with developers and project managers to ensure smooth implementation of the system. Conduct system testing and user acceptance testing to validate software functionality Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for software applications Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree in business management or information technology will be preferable. At least 10 years’ experience as a System Analyst / Business Analyst. Familiarity with programming languages at least one language. Good practical in database operation with SQL. Strong knowledge of system analysis, data modeling, and software development lifecycle (SDLC). Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, analytical skills, systematic thinking and able to work under pressure within deadlines. Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver the results within the deadline. Good command of English (writing and speaking)
