Position Summary We are seeking a results-driven, highly structured Project Sales Manager / Key Account Manager to lead end-to-end client engagement and product launch projects. Working in close partnership with our Business Development team, you will take ownership of client accounts from the initial project handover through to product launch. You will drive sales strategy, manage product development workflows, and optimize profit margins while guiding clients through our cosmetics ODM business model. Key Responsibilities Project Ownership & Account Management: Take handover of new client accounts (including emerging indie and startup beauty brands) from the BD team and serve as the primary commercial lead until product launch. New Product Development (NPD) Support: Support clients in timely new product launches by leading the new product development process, coordinating timelines, and streamlining execution. Commercial Strategy & Profit Optimization: Manage pricing strategies, commercial negotiations, and structured proposals to optimize profitability and maximize account revenues. Performance Analysis & Data Strategy: Evaluate sales data, track project milestones, and implement corrective action plans if project results or timelines deviate from goals. Cross-Functional & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with Marketing, R&D, SCM, and suppliers to resolve project roadblocks; conduct customer and supplier visits as needed. Progress Reporting: Provide clear and regular updates on sales progress, revenue performance, and key project milestones to internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 3–5+ years of proven success in Account Management, Project Sales, or B2B Sales Execution (OEM/ODM, Cosmetics, or FMCG background preferred). Skills & Execution: Strong organizational skills, problem-solving capabilities, clear communication, and strategic planning through data analysis. Mindset: Target-driven, mission-oriented, highly responsible, mature, and comfortable working under pressure. Leadership & Influence: Ability to effectively lead client expectations and guide internal cross-functional teams without direct authority. Language: Strong command of English for professional communication and reporting.
