Job Descriptions: Manage strategic sourcing and procurement activities across technical infrastructure categories, including engineering equipment, facility systems, maintenance services, and operational support. Develop and execute category sourcing strategies through market research, supplier evaluation, bidding processes (RFI/RFQ/RFP), commercial analysis, and negotiation to achieve cost efficiency and business objectives. Oversee the full procurement cycle from sourcing and vendor selection through contract execution, purchase administration, supplier performance monitoring, and contract renewal. Build and maintain strong partnerships with key suppliers while driving continuous improvement in supplier performance, service quality, and commercial outcomes. Partner with internal stakeholders across Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Legal to deliver procurement solutions aligned with business priorities and project timelines. Prepare commercial evaluations, business cases, procurement recommendations, and management reports to support investment and sourcing decisions. Negotiate pricing structures, commercial terms, service agreements, warranties, payment conditions, and other contractual provisions to optimize value and minimize commercial risk. Ensure procurement activities comply with internal governance, procurement policies, contractual obligations, and relevant regulatory requirements. Support strategic procurement initiatives and cross-functional projects requiring management approval, ensuring effective execution and stakeholder alignment. Work closely with Legal and business stakeholders to review, finalize, and administer contracts while maintaining compliance, mitigating risk, and supporting audit requirements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Computer Science, Economics, or other related disciplines. At least 6 years of experience in strategic procurement, sourcing, category management, or commercial procurement, ideally supporting technical, engineering, infrastructure, or technology-related categories. Solid experience managing supplier selection, commercial negotiations, contract administration, and sourcing projects with multiple stakeholders. Good understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, commercial evaluation, and procurement governance. Strong analytical thinking, negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities. Experience using ERP or procurement platforms (such as SAP, Ariba, Oracle, or equivalent) together with Microsoft Office applications. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple sourcing activities simultaneously while meeting project timelines and business expectations. Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across business functions and management levels. Able to perform well in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines. Nice to Have: Exposure to procurement within engineering, infrastructure, utilities, telecommunications, construction, or other technical industries. Experience sourcing technical equipment, engineering services, facility-related solutions, or maintenance contracts. Good command of spoken and written English, with confidence communicating or negotiating with overseas suppliers. Professional certifications in procurement, supply chain, contract management, or project management (e.g. CIPS, CPSM, PMP, CSCP) will be an advantage.
