Position summary: Working closely with the Commercial and Brand teams at HK Tramways, the Business Development and Partnership Executive is responsible for preparing sales proposals and following up with schools after meetings. You will also enjoy reaching out to school decision-makers with the goal of introducing our world-class HKUST and NTU Singapore programs to primary and secondary schools. Key Responsibilities Develop sales proposals and funding applications, identify partnership opportunities, and follow up with key decision-makers. Engage with schools and education partners to promote and adapt STEM programmes to meet their needs. Work closely with the Operations team to ensure the smooth delivery of STEM programmes and courses. Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, educational institutions, and strategic partners to drive programme and product sales. Conduct discussions with schools to understand their educational needs, challenges, and objectives, and provide market insights to support the development of relevant STEM programmes. Provide support for other initiatives and projects as assigned. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with strong business acumen. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese word processing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in sales, business development, or partnership management is preferred. Exposure to the education sector will be an advantage. An Ideal Candidate should be: Equipped with strong sales, marketing, and relationship-building capabilities. Outgoing and enthusiastic about building new partnerships and professional networks.
