Digital Transformation & Data Executive

Responsibilities Support SAP S/4HANA and iMRO transformation activities, including business coordination, documentation, and implementation readiness. Assist in master data governance and maintenance to support data accuracy, consistency, and readiness for future business systems. Coordinate data integration and business readiness activities across functional teams to support successful transformation delivery. Support purchasing-related requests, sourcing activities, and tender exercises in collaboration with Strategic Purchasing and relevant stakeholders. Coordinate qualification activities and supplier governance matters to ensure alignment with business and compliance requirements. Support process improvement and digitalisation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, user experience, and business effectiveness. Facilitate stakeholder engagement and change management activities to promote adoption of new processes, tools, and digital solutions. Provide support for the deployment of digital solutions, including user coordination, issue follow-up, and post-implementation support. Requirements Diploma or Associate Degree in Business, Information Systems, Science, Operations Management, or a related discipline. Relevant experience in business support, process improvement, ERP-related activities, or project coordination. Exposure to digitalisation, business improvement, data analytics, or generative AI initiatives or training. Understanding of aerospace, engineering, or operational environments would be an advantage. Good communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and business stakeholders. Ability to support process documentation, requirement gathering, and stakeholder engagement activities. Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to engaging with users and stakeholders. Working knowledge of digital tools, business systems, and common technology platforms.
