Strategy Manager

Job Purpose The Strategy Manager will undertake strategic analysis, planning and project management tasks that, taken together, will help Bupa to ideate, define and deliver its strategy and vision in Hong Kong. The role is pivotal to the development of our Connected Care strategy for Hong Kong. Responsibilities Driving Bupa Hong Kong’s strategy and strategic plan development process in collaboration with internal stakeholders. Ensuring Bupa HK strategy is aligned and consistent with Bupa APAC and Bupa Group Strategy and managing the development of aligned local growth ambitions Preparing and delivering presentations, and drafting written reports, covering important strategic topics across the healthcare environment for Bupa HK, for senior stakeholders such as local and regional Executive Leadership Teams and local Board of Directors Leading delivery of analyses that identify, assess, recommend and drive alignment across the enterprise level on growth opportunities Assisting various business units and functions with aligning on and delivering their individual strategic objectives Collaborating with the business to report on strategic key performance indicators (KPIs) Coordinating above cross-business and cross-departmental exercises in an ambiguous environment professionally Other responsibilities as directed by the Strategy Director. Qualifications, Training and Experience University / college degree required. Degree in a relevant field (e.g. business administration, economics, engineering or science) preferable Other relevant qualifications in finance and strategy are a bonus 7-10 years of experience in management consulting and/or in-house strategy functions in a reputable organization preferred Experience in healthcare and/or health insurance preferred Fluent in English and Cantonese, with excellent verbal and written presentation skills Strong proficiency across Excel, Powerpoint and PowerBI Bupa offers 5 days’ work per week and comprehensive remuneration packages including base salary, study assistance plan, company pension plan, life and medical benefit, dental benefit, annual leave, examination leave, etc. Bupa is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from qualified candidates.
