As a result, we are currently seeking Contract Administrators at all levels, from Junior and Intermediate CAs through to experienced Senior Contract Administrators looking for their next challenge. Current opportunities include: Commercial projects from $5M to $150M+ High-rise residential and mixed-use developments Education, health and industrial projects New build and major refurbishment works Brisbane CBD, inner suburbs, northern, southern and Gold Coast locations Responsibilities Depending on your level of experience, you may be involved in: Letting and managing subcontract packages Procurement and scope preparation Progress claims and payment assessments Variations, EOTs and cost reporting Working closely with Project Managers, Site Managers and project delivery teams Assisting in maintaining project budgets and commercial performance About You Previous experience as a Contract Administrator within commercial construction Exposure to commercial, industrial, education, health or residential projects Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Relevant tertiary qualifications preferred Why Consider a Move?
