ICT Project Manager

Our client is seeking a proactive and organized ICT Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) projects from initiation through implementation and service onboarding. The ideal candidate possesses strong project management capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, from project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and implementation through to project closure and service onboarding. Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies to ensure successful project delivery. Coordinate and facilitate project kick-off meetings, progress reviews, and stakeholder meetings. Assign and monitor project tasks based on team members' skills, experience, and workload. Track project milestones, deliverables, issues, risks, and dependencies while ensuring timely resolution. Manage project documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, version control, and proper filing within designated repositories. Oversee ICT inventory records, hardware asset tagging, maintenance records, and deployment documentation using the Contract Management Portal or relevant systems. Prepare, review, and administer client and vendor service agreements while monitoring contractual obligations and renewal timelines. Communicate project status, progress updates, and key issues to internal stakeholders, clients, and management. Ensure projects comply with organizational policies, quality standards, and applicable regulatory requirements. Continuously improve project management practices by keeping abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and project management methodologies. Perform other duties as assigned by Management. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, Entrepreneurship, or a related field. Minimum 2 years' experience in ICT project management or a similar project coordination role. Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices. Strong stakeholder management, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Highly organized with excellent planning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and project management tools. A proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
