Manufacturing Section Head Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Manufacturing Section Head to lead and oversee manufacturing, tooling, and automation operations. This role is responsible for managing multiple departments, leading a team of 20–50 employees, and ensuring operational efficiency, project delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will work closely with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to manage projects, resolve operational challenges, and ensure all commitments are delivered on time and to the required standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage manufacturing, tooling, and automation functions to achieve operational and business objectives. Manage multiple departments and oversee a workforce of approximately 20–50 employees . Plan, coordinate, and monitor multiple projects simultaneously to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and cost effectiveness . Establish priorities, allocate resources, and monitor production and project progress to meet customer requirements and delivery commitments. Lead and coordinate with Engineering, Production, Quality, Purchasing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution. Manage customer audits, customer requirements, technical discussions, and delivery commitments . Maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers and act as a key point of contact for operational and project-related matters. Prepare and present professional reports and project updates to management and customers. Lead meetings and customer presentations, and confidently handle customer-facing discussions in English. Identify operational issues and drive root cause analysis, problem-solving, and continuous improvement . Develop and coach team members to strengthen technical capabilities, leadership skills, and overall team performance. Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, safety requirements, and operational procedures. Drive improvements in productivity, efficiency, quality, and project execution . Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering , or a related field. 10–15 years of relevant experience in precision manufacturing, tooling, automation, machine builder, or related industries. Minimum 5 years of experience managing multiple departments or leading a large cross-functional team. Proven experience managing a workforce of approximately 20–50 employees . Strong project management and operational management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proven experience in customer audits, customer relationship management, and delivery commitments . Strong leadership, people management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Excellent command of English, both written and spoken . Confident in preparing professional reports, conducting customer presentations, leading meetings, and handling customer-facing discussions in English. Strong ability to coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. Experience in continuous improvement, process optimization, and operational efficiency will be an advantage.
