A regional supply planning role responsible for driving end-to-end supply and demand balancing, inventory optimisation, and S&OP execution across global markets. The position plays a key role in ensuring product availability while improving planning efficiency and supply chain performance. Description Prepare and maintain medium to long-term supply planning strategies. Lead supply-demand alignment activities and monitor key planning performance indicators. Facilitate monthly S&OP and supply review meetings to support business objectives. Manage product life-cycle planning, including product launches and discontinuations. Coordinate weekly planning activities to optimise product availability and supply continuity. Track inventory performance and implement actions to reduce supply-related risks. Ensure data accuracy and integrity within SAP, IBP, and related planning systems. Serve as a planning systems expert, providing user support and driving process enhancements. Support audit activities and maintain compliance with supply chain policies and procedures. Profile Degree holder in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related discipline 5 + years of experience in supply planning, or supply chain management Strong experience in ERP and advanced planning systems, preferably SAP and IBP Knowledge of S&OP, inventory management, and supply planning processes Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills Proven leadership and problem-solving capabilities Fluent in English and Mandarin is required Experience working in a multinational or regional supply chain environment is highly preferred Job Offer Opportunity to drive process improvement and planning transformation Strong career development within an international organisation To apply online please click the 'Apply' button below.
