Key responsibilities: 1. Provide end-to-end leadership of ICT projects, from project initiation and kick-off meetings through to service onboarding and delivery. 2. Drive strategic project planning sessions to ensure effective development, resource allocation, and timely execution. 3. Delegate project tasks efficiently, leveraging team members’ strengths, expertise, and professional competencies to optimize performance. 4. Oversee project inventory management, including maintenance records and hardware asset tagging, utilizing the Contract Management Portal to ensure accurate documentation prior to deployment. 5. Establish and uphold project documentation standards, ensuring all documents are accurate, consistent, and securely maintained within the designated repository. 6. Prepare, review, and manage service contracts for clients and partners, with proactive follow-ups to ensure compliance with contractual obligations. 7. Foster a culture of continuous learning by staying abreast of industry best practices, technological advancements, and emerging project management methodologies. 8. Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned, contributing to the successful delivery of organisational objectives. Qualifications and Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, Entrepreneurship, or a related discipline. 2. A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in project management or within a similar professional environment. 3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely. 4. Strong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills, with proficiency in professional business communication. 5. Bilingual proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia (BM) and English, both written and spoken. 6. Demonstrated adaptability with a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development. 7. Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, CAPM) are highly desirable and will be considered an added advantage.
