Website: https://www.tam.group/ Job Responsibilities: Own and deliver passenger sales targets, revenue growth, and market share objectives for assigned airline principals across Mainland China and Hong Kong. Develop and execute market-specific sales plans covering trade, corporate, TMC, OTA, consolidator, group, MICE, and leisure channels. Lead the commercial development of both existing accounts and new business opportunities, with clear account plans, sales pipelines, and conversion tracking. Strengthen relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, tourism boards, consulates, trade associations, airports, and other key market stakeholders. Work closely with airline headquarters and regional teams on sales strategy, route performance, pricing inputs, promotional campaigns, trade incentives, and market feedback. Improve distribution performance by reviewing channel productivity, identifying gaps, and recommending actions to grow high-yield and strategically important segments. Drive tactical and seasonal sales campaigns, roadshows, product briefings, agent education sessions, familiarization activities, and joint marketing initiatives. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, capacity changes, fare movements, and consumer demand patterns, and convert insights into practical commercial actions. Provide regular sales reports, business reviews, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management and airline principals. Manage budgets, incentives, and sales-related expenditure to ensure strong return on investment and profitable growth for both the airline principal and the GSA. Coordinate with reservations, ticketing, finance, airport operations, customer service, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of commercial activities and service delivery. Ensure compliance with airline policies, local regulations, commercial guidelines, and internal governance standards. Lead, coach, and motivate the passenger sales team by setting clear priorities, measurable KPIs, and a strong performance culture. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Tourism, Aviation, or a related discipline. Minimum 8-10 years of relevant passenger airline, GSA, travel trade, TMC, OTA, tourism, or aviation commercial experience, including proven sales leadership responsibility. Strong knowledge of the Mainland China and Hong Kong passenger travel markets, including trade distribution, corporate sales, digital channels, group/MICE traffic, and outbound travel trends. Established network with travel agents, corporate accounts, TMCs, OTAs, tourism partners, and industry stakeholders in Hong Kong and Mainland China. Proven ability to deliver revenue budgets, build sales pipelines, negotiate commercial agreements, and manage key accounts. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyze sales data, market trends, competitor activity, fares, capacity, and channel performance. Experience working with airline headquarters, regional offices, or principals in a GSA environment will be a strong advantage. Good understanding of airline reservations, ticketing, fares, distribution systems, and passenger sales processes. Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop a commercially focused team across different markets. Excellent presentation, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese; Cantonese and Putonghua are required. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and sales reporting tools; comfortable working with data and performance dashboards.
