Role Overview The Apple Sales Specialist is responsible for accelerating macOS and iOS adoption and expanding Apple ecosystem solution penetration across our customer base. Acting as a trusted advisor, this role drives customer outcomes by positioning Apple devices and platforms as secure, scalable, and productive solutions across the entire device lifecycle . Working closely with account teams, solution architects, and Apple ecosystem partners, you will lead customer engagements that demonstrate the business value of Apple at work . Key Responsibilities Drive adoption of Mac, iPhone, and iPad within enterprise and commercial customer environments. Position Apple as a strategic platform for productivity, security, and employee experience. Partner with account managers to identify, qualify, and progress Apple-focused opportunities through the sales pipeline. Lead consultative customer engagements , including discovery workshops, solution briefings, and executive-level conversations. Articulate the value of Apple solutions across deployment, management, security, and lifecycle optimization . Support presales activities , including solution design, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements aligned with customer use cases. Collaborate with technical teams to develop Apple-centric solution proposals , BOMs, and customer presentations. Promote modern deployment and management models , including zero-touch deployment and centralized device management. Work with Apple and ecosystem partners to execute joint go-to-market initiatives and customer engagements. Maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, positioning the company as a trusted Apple partner . Support post-sales transition to ensure successful adoption and customer satisfaction . Required Qualifications Diploma or above in Business, Information Technology, or related discipline. 3+ years of experience in solution sales, technology sales, or presales, ideally involving Apple or endpoint platforms. Strong understanding of the Apple ecosystem , including macOS, iOS/iPadOS, and Apple hardware portfolios. Experience driving platform adoption, refresh, or standardization initiatives . Ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes such as productivity, security, and TCO. Confident communicator with strong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills . Self-driven, outcome-focused, and comfortable working in a target-oriented sales environment . Languages: Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese). Preferred / Nice to Have Experience with Apple Business Manager and modern device deployment workflows. Exposure to MDM / endpoint management solutions supporting Apple devices. Familiarity with security and privacy-by-design principles in endpoint platforms. Apple sales or technical certifications. Experience working within an Apple partner or channel environment .
