Position: Sales and Marketing Officer Salary: THB 30,000 – 40,000 per month Working Days & Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:30 Work Location: New Phetchaburi Road, Bang Kapi, Huai Khwang, Bangkok 10310 Job Responsibilities Identify new business opportunities and close sales by visiting target customers in person, negotiating with prospects, and developing new business opportunities. Identify, source, and screen new potential customers through online channels and market research to evaluate and target high-potential customer segments. Manage and develop new projects from the initial stage by coordinating with the R&D and Production teams to develop products and ensure they are ready for commercialization before handing them over to the Sales team for further management. Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing B2B customers. Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities in line with company objectives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any related field. 3–6 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or a related field. Good command of English at Business to Advanced level , with strong skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Proven experience in B2B Sales . Experience in New Business Development and acquiring new customers for the company. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented. Preferred Qualifications / Special Screening Criteria Must have a personal car and a valid driving license . Able to drive to work and visit customers on a daily basis. Must be able to identify different colors for work purposes and/or Must be able to spot minor defects. Experience in B2B Sales is required. Proven track record in New Business Development / New Customer Acquisition is highly preferred. Benefits Cost of Living Allowance: THB 2,200/month Meal Allowance: THB 900/month Transportation Allowance: THB 75/day
