Our client is a well-known banking and financial company, they are currently seeking for an Admin Co-ordinator join their team. Responsibilities: Handle telephone and written enquiries and complaints related to Stored Value Facilities, Retail Payment Systems and Currency Assist in data collection, data inputting and compiling statistics Prepare reports for management review Provide secretarial, administrative, clerical and logistic support Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned Requirements: Requirements: 5 subjects passed in HKDSE/HKCEE including Chinese and English Work experience in the complaint or enquiring handling functions of a Government Bureau/Department or other public sector entities preferred At least two years' working experience, preferably in complaint or enquiry function Work experience in handling secretarial and administrative duties preferred Well versed in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word-processing Good communication and interpersonal skills Proactive and versatile, a team player, and able to work independently and under pressure Interested candidates, please send your resume (MS Word document) including employment history, present and expected salary to us.
