Experienced Leading Hands, Operators and Labourers - Concrete Retaining Walls

Sleeper Wall Constructions is a specialist in building concrete sleeper retaining walls across South East Queensland. We take pride in delivering high-quality work with a strong focus on safety, craftsmanship, and teamwork. As we continue to grow, we’re seeking an experienced Team Leader / Leading Hand to manage a posting crew across large civil developments. We’re also looking for multiple Labourers / Operators to join our posting and building crews, with both casual and full-time positions available. What You’ll Be Doing Install concrete H-posts and assist with retaining wall construction Operate excavators/skid steers for pier holes, augering, and rock drilling Read and follow engineering plans Maintain site safety and support daily team coordination Manage material deliveries and assist with quality assurance tasks (iPad provided) What You’ll Need Valid Driver’s Licence & White Card Tickets for Excavator, Skid Steer & Dogging (highly regarded) Previous experience in construction or civil works Strong communication, teamwork, and a proactive attitude Willingness to take responsibility and contribute to a positive team culture What We Offer Competitive salary $90K–$135K (depending on experience) Full-time or casual roles available Stable work with room to grow Opportunities for site travel (accommodation & allowances provided) Supportive team that values initiative and learning
