Responsibilities Develop and execute sales and distribution strategies to achieve volume, revenue, profitability, and market share targets. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure effective execution of commercial plans. Drive demand forecasting, sales planning, and operational alignment to support business growth and service excellence. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline. Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales, Key Account Management, or Trade Marketing within the FMCG industry. Proven track record in managing major retail accounts and delivering sustainable sales growth. Solid experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams. Strong understanding of modern trade channels, including supermarkets, convenience stores, and chain retailers. Experience within multinational FMCG organizations is highly preferred. Beverage industry experience is an advantage but not essential. Strong commercial acumen with excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent negotiation, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and business reporting tools. Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, both written and spoken. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
