Account Manager, Insurance Segment

Job Description: Manage the assigned client account and providing administrative support to Head of Insurance Segment. Liaise and follow up with insurers Act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant departments Maintaining good relationship with clients, also play an integral role in new business and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients. Work our business plan for current and opportunity business. Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet organizational standards Manage day-to day operations including follow up account related matter and work as a backup for Head of Insurance Prepare quotation/proposal under minimal supervision of Associate Director Formulate account profile and assist Associate Director for the business develop plan for the assigned accounts Building relationships with existing clients in order to maintain the closer business opportunity Other duties as assigned Job requirements: Bachelor degree holder with at least 4-5 year of relevant work experience in healthcare/ insurance industry is preferrable Independent and customer-oriented Excellent analytical and negotiation skills Team player who is detail-minded and can work under pressure in a flexible environment Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English Good team player Personal data collected will be used for recruitment purposes only.
