Job Responsibilities Assist in building and operating AI agent–based research system for HK / US equity research: turn data collection and cleaning, financial modeling, stock screening, announcement/earnings monitoring and report drafting into agent-executable workflows, and iterate on them continuously Review and validate AI-generated output: verify data sources and definitions, challenge model assumptions, and ensure every conclusion is evidence-based before release Take ownership of final research judgments: sign off on research conclusions, with each judgment logged and reviewed against subsequent market performance Liaise with top-tier research resources (in-house research teams, expert networks and industry experts), conduct field research, expert interviews and management meetings to build primary information advantages Any other duties as assigned by superiors Job Requirements Master's Degree in AI, Computer Science, Financial Engineering or related disciplines with strong hands-on AI practice is preferred CFA progress and SFC license type 4 are a plus Hands-on experience in building and using AI tools / agent workflows (e.g. LLM-based automation, Python scripting, data pipelines, backtesting or screening tools) Able to identify errors in AI-generated output and to distinguish company-disclosed facts from analyst estimates and model errors Self-driven, curious, diligent and down to earth; genuine interest in equity markets, personal investing experience is a plus Ability to work well in a team Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua We offer attractive remuneration and benefits including 5-day working week to the right candidates.
