Business Operation and Development Officer (Petrochemical Products)

Job Descriptions: Proactively identify market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments; deliver actionable insights and new business to strengthen market position. Manage and grow key accounts; conduct regular business reviews to maximize account penetration and profitability. Handle trade administration matters, such as negotiating trade details, drafting contracts, applying for internal approval, monitoring the implementation of trade, etc. Perform in-depth risk exposure analysis to ensure portfolio stability. Carry out and complete ad hoc projects and tasks assigned by Management. Job Requirements Degree holder in Business, Marketing, Chemical Engineering, or related disciplines. More than 5 years of relevant work experience in marketing or market development within the Petrochemical industry is preferred. Familiar with international trade regulations and relevant laws, foreign trade import and export procedures and financial services activities (Securities and Futures Trading) are a significant plus. A Sharp business development sense with strategic mind, negotiation, presentation, and superb analytical skills. Fast learner and self-motivated, able to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment. Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Immediate availability is a strong advantage. Candidates with more experience will be considered for a senior position.
