Job Descriptions Evaluate all new applications, reviews and other proposals involving credit exposures to the Bank, identify risks associated with such credit exposure and make appropriate recommendations to facilitate conscious decision-making by credit approving authority. No. of accounts/customers recommended for approval under CAD classified as "Underperforming" during the FY. Manage the turnaround time for new/enhance/ad-hoc credit propositions (including change of terms) vigilantly without compromising the credit standards. Manage the turnaround time for review credit propositions vigilantly without compromising the credit standards. Attend customer presentation and meeting, if necessary to "Know Your Customer". Keep abreast of market / industry development and trends. Concludes the credit propositions (new/additional/ad-hoc and renewal) with clear credit recommendations. Sign off Credit Risk Rating as per CRR Policy. Ensure regulations / internal policies / GRAF are followed in letter and in spirit. Complete Certified Credit Executive and Business Credit Professionals (for those still not completed CCE and/or BCC) Clear 50% of annual leaves by 1 half of calendar year. Identify appropriate behavioural and technical courses to facilitate immediate and long-term professional development. Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Economics / Business / Finance or a related discipline from a recognised university; OR Relevant professional qualifications (example; ACCA, CPA) Professional Credit Certification (AICB) or equivalent Not less than 8 years working experience in credit evaluation and/or credit writing, preferably in Middle Corporate or Commercial environment.
