CRM Analyst

As a CRM Analyst, you will support and optimize the company's CRM platform while working closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and IT teams. Description Manage and maintain the organisation's CRM systems to ensure smooth operations and high performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse requirements for CRM system improvements. Develop and implement enhancements to the CRM system to optimise user experience. Provide technical support and training to internal teams on CRM system functionalities. Ensure data integrity and security within the CRM system, performing regular audits and updates. Generate and analyse CRM reports to support data-driven decision-making. Work closely with stakeholders to align CRM strategies with business goals. Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues promptly. Profile 1-2 years of experience in CRM administration, support, or related business systems roles. Experience with CRM platforms Knowledge of CRM reporting, data management, and data quality best practices. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders across business and technical teams.
