Job Summary Partner with plant management to drive workforce effectiveness and people strategies while overseeing HR Plant operations. This role focuses on guiding, monitoring, and improving HR execution at site level rather than performing day-to-day HR administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities 🔹 Business Partnering Partner with Plant Managers and line leaders to understand business needs and translate them into people strategies. Support workforce planning, manpower optimization, and organizational effectiveness. Provide HR advice on operational and people-related challenges. 🔹 Oversight of HR Plant Operations Oversee and monitor HR Plant activities including recruitment, employee relations, attendance, and HR operations. Ensure HR Plant teams execute processes accurately and in line with company standards. Coach and support HR Plant personnel to improve capability and performance. 🔹 Employee Relations & Governance Handle complex or escalated employee relations cases. Ensure compliance with company policies and Thai labor law. Establish clear HR practices and governance frameworks within the plant. 🔹 Workforce Planning & Organizational Support Collaborate with plant leadership on manpower planning and workforce structure. Identify workforce gaps and propose improvement actions. 🔹 HR Data & Insights Analyze HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, overtime, and workforce trends. Provide actionable insights to support business decision-making. 🔹 COE Coordination Work closely with COEs (Talent Acquisition, C&B, L&D, Payroll) to ensure effective HR delivery. Support implementation of HR initiatives and projects at plant level. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of HRM experience , preferably in manufacturing or multi-site environments. Experience in HRBP, HR Operations, or HR Generalist roles. Strong understanding of Thai labor law and employee relations. Experience working with or supporting HR Plant teams is highly preferred. Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a hands-on and dynamic environment. Good command of English.
