In this role, you will work closely with customers, dealers, and internal teams to provide technical expertise, solve field issues, and help ensure the best tire performance across industries such as mining, construction, agriculture, and industrial operations. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support and recommend suitable OTR tire solutions based on customer applications. Investigate tire failures, conduct on-site inspections, and prepare technical reports with recommendations. Support warranty claims by performing inspections and providing technical assessments. Deliver product and maintenance training to customers, dealers, and internal teams. Monitor product performance, identify improvement opportunities, and share feedback with internal teams. Collaborate with the Sales, Engineering, and Quality teams to enhance customer satisfaction and product performance. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in the OTR tire, commercial tire, heavy equipment, or related industry. Knowledge of tire applications, troubleshooting, and failure analysis. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Willing to travel to customer sites including mine sites and construction sites) as required and possess a valid driving licence. Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia.
