The Role: This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Junior Foreman to join a supportive team and develop their career in high-end residential construction. Working closely with an experienced Construction Manager and Project Coordinator, you'll receive ongoing mentoring while gaining hands-on experience delivering bespoke architectural homes. You'll play an important role in maintaining quality, coordinating trades, and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standard Responsibilities: Report to the Project Coordinator Maintain strict quality control while building to set timeframes Schedule day-to-day subcontractor & supply delivery dates Complete subcontractor pre-start meetings Undertake company checklist at each stage with subcontractor Oversee all test & witness points to ensure quality outcome About you: Excellent attention to detail Effective time management and prioritizing skills Strong communicator Proactive can-do attitude approach Understand and manage sequencing of works To secure this role you will require the following experience and personal attributes Qualified Carpenter (trade certificate) Proven experience in high-end residential construction – min 5 years Strong carpentry skills, including experience cutting in roofs Confidence reading plans, managing construction sequencing, and delivering a high standard of workmanship A genuine passion for carpentry and quality craftsmanship A current driver's licence and your own vehicle Based in Melbourne's South Eastern suburbs Remuneration Full company uniform & PPE We offer an attractive package for a full-time role to the right candidate Other benefits to be discussed More Information or to Apply: If you wish to learn more about this opportunity, we would love to hear from you!
