Company Overview: We are a newly established company backed by a well·established and rapidly growing organization in China. With strong capabilities in AI, IDC and new energy businesses, we are expanding into Southeast Asia and building a high·impact regional team. Role Overview: As our Procurement Manager in Thailand, you will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s overall procurement strategy, driving cost·effective and compliant procurement operations, while managing supplier relationships across AI, energy, telecommunications, and IDC sectors. Key Responsibilities: · Develop and execute the company’s overall procurement strategy, ensuring efficient, compliant, and transparent procurement operations. · Source and manage supplier resources based on business needs (covering AI, energy, telecommunications, IDC and other sectors), establishing and maintaining long·term partnerships. · Lead supplier evaluation, negotiation, contract finalization and performance management to achieve targets in cost, quality and delivery. · Monitor market trends and supply chain risks, adjust procurement plans in a timely manner to ensure stable supply of materials and services. · Coordinate with internal stakeholders (including technical, project, and operations teams) to clarify procurement specifications and delivery requirements, and resolve any issues during the procurement process. · Organize and archive procurement·related documents, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and legal regulations. Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Economics, Engineering (Electrical, Telecommunications, Automation, Energy, etc.) or related fields. · 3+ years of procurement or supply chain experience. Candidates with procurement experience in AI, energy, telecommunications or IDC industries are preferred. · Familiarity with Thailand’s local supplier market and relevant regulations, with the ability to identify risks and propose solutions. · Proficiency in Thai and English as working languages. · Strong sense of responsibility and execution, with good teamwork and cross·departmental collaboration skills, as well as strong communication, coordination and business negotiation abilities. · Strict adherence to procurement ethics, ensuring transparent, compliant and fair processes. · Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred. Experience in team management or procurement process optimization is also preferred.
